Published terms reviewed; calculation inputs still required

We have reviewed the published terms below. They do not establish every detail needed for a bank-specific dollar calculation, so the estimator requires your own agreement inputs. We do not fill those gaps with assumptions.

What the published disclosure says

Certificates of Deposit

ACB Bank states that the early withdrawal penalty for all of its CDs is 2.5% of the principal balance in the account. Its page lists several terms from 91 days through five years and describes a 10-day grace period for automatically renewing certificates.

Limits to check in your own agreement

This is a percentage-of-principal penalty, not a number of months of interest. It refers to the principal balance in the account rather than expressly limiting the charge to the amount withdrawn. The public calculator’s interest-period choices do not reproduce this structure; use the account disclosure and a bank quote.

These are your inputs, not verified ACB Bank terms. This manual model supports simple days/months of interest or all interest earned. Percentage fees, tiered formulas, special minimums, and exceptions need an institution quote.
