Free tool · no account required

Every CD.
One clear calendar.

Keep your banks, balances, and maturity dates together. Build a personal CD organizer, download a spreadsheet, and take reminders to your own calendar. No subscription.

Your records stay in this browser. No bank login or account numbers. No account required. Save an encrypted organizer with your own local passphrase, or use this tab without saving. Entries and the passphrase are not sent to TFS. Keep a backup: clearing site data or using private browsing can erase your records.

Choose how to keep your organizer

Choose a unique passphrase to encrypt records saved in this browser. You will enter it each time you reopen the tool. This is not a TFS account password. We cannot recover a forgotten passphrase. An unlocked tab is visible to anyone using your device.

Use a label, never an account number.

Record the annual percentage yield, not APR. We do not estimate interest or current balances.

Copy dates and terms from your bank. Grace periods vary; this is a reference note, not a calculated withdrawal deadline.

Free for up to 500 records. This is an organizer, not a bank connection or deposit-insurance assessment.

Your maturity timeline

By calendar month

Opening your organizer…

Your schedule, wherever you need it.

CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets. A JSON backup can restore your records here. Downloaded CSV and JSON files are not encrypted and include your entered balances and rates. Store and share them carefully. Your local passphrase does not protect exported files.

Calendar reminders need one more step. Import the .ics file into your calendar. It requests alerts 30, 7, and 1 day before maturity; your calendar app controls whether and when they appear. Check its notification settings and imported events. Calendar exports include institution names and nicknames, but no balances or rates. TFS sends no reminder emails and does not monitor renewals. Exports are snapshots, not a live subscription: changing or removing a CD here will not update imported events. Re-imports may create duplicates in some apps.

A tracker for CDs you already own

Record CDs and credit union share certificates from multiple institutions. The organizer sorts maturity dates by month and highlights the next 90 days. APYs are reference values you enter; it does not fetch rates, estimate earnings, or verify deposit insurance.

Planning a new ladder? Use the CD ladder calculator. Considering an early withdrawal? Try the penalty calculator and confirm the applicable terms with your bank.

You stay in control of the records

Saved entries are encrypted in this browser with your local passphrase. There is no account syncing or passphrase recovery service. Alternatively, use session-only mode without saving. Keep a JSON backup before clearing browser data or moving devices. Backups are not encrypted. Anyone with access to your unlocked tab or exported files may be able to read them.

Calendar alerts are handled by your calendar app after import. Always verify dates, cutoff times, grace periods, and renewal instructions directly with the institution. This tool cannot withdraw funds or stop an automatic renewal.
