15-Month Flex CD

BOK Financial, a brand of BOKF, N.A., describes two withdrawal phases for its 15-month Flex CD. During months zero through seven, all funds including earned interest may be withdrawn without penalty after the first seven days following account funding. During months eight through 15, its disclosed withdrawal fee is $25 plus 3% of the amount withdrawn.

The initial seven-day waiting period and the later percentage-plus-dollar fee are material conditions; this product cannot be represented accurately by a single interest-month penalty. The waiver says all funds may be withdrawn and does not establish a partial-withdrawal entitlement. Other No Penalty, Promotional, and Standard CDs have separate terms.
