Standard and Platinum account-holder certificates of deposit
National Capital Bank's rate table lists 30 days of simple interest as the early-withdrawal penalty for 3-month CDs, 90 days for 6-month CDs, and 180 days for 12-, 24-, and 30-month CDs. It repeats the same penalty sequence for CDs held by Platinum account holders. The separate 12-month IRA row is not needed to establish these CD terms.
The official table is dated February 19, 2026 and was fetched during this review. Its column order was checked against the listed CD terms. It says simple interest but does not specify the 365/366 divisor, the principal basis, or principal-reduction rules. Confirm that this schedule applies to the customer's opening or renewal agreement.
